As landlords bid against each other for your business, SpaceLogik prepares space plans and arranges private tours at buildings selected by you. We’ll also visit each prospective space to identify construction reduction opportunities based on existing suite conditions.
Once you select the best building for you, we’ll help you get the lease signed, and coordinate a kick-off meeting to fine-tune construction, design, and furniture requirements. Then relax as we build your new office and send you weekly updates and pictures.
